Emaan strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered.

If something isn't right, let us know. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style.

Email us your questions at info@emaan.com.au or call us on 61- 3- 9388 0155 Monday to Friday 10.00am - 5.00pm (EST)  to speak to a member of our online team regarding a return or cancellation and to get return authorization code.

In all cases, the items returned must be unwashed, unused and in their original condition with all labels attached. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Please enclose your return authorization code, your original invoice and the goods within 14 days of receipt, in a box or satchel and mail to:

Emaan is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, so please return your unwanted goods using registered mail.

Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

If you have received a faulty item, Emaan will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. However, all other returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost.

Present your online invoice at Emaan retail store at 552 Sydney Road, Brunswick 3056 within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure you also bring the credit card used to make the purchase.
