Delivery Information
At Emaan, our goal is to despatch your online order within 24 hours. During the busy Holy Month of Ramadhan we will do everything we can to despatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.
For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent by registered courier/ mail or by Express Australia Post
Standard delivery within Australia
If you are in Metropolitan Melbourne, you will receive your order in the next working day. Please add:
- $10.00 for shipping and handling articles up to 3 kg
- $15.00 for shipping and handling articles up to 5 kg
For national delivery by Express Australia Post, depends on your location, you will receive your order in the next working day or within 2 to 6 working days. Please add:
- $15.00 for shipping and handling articles up to 3 kg
- $20.00 for shipping and handling articles up to 5 kg
International deliveries
Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.
Parcels will be sent by Australia Post Air Mail. The postal charges for international Air Mail will be depending on the international zones to major destinations below:

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Late deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
Orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
